Overview of Palm Jebel Ali
Palm Jebel Ali is a landmark artificial archipelago off the coast of Jebel Ali in Dubai.
Designed in the iconic palm-tree shape, the island is planned as a next-generation
waterfront community that is larger than Palm Jumeirah and will add more than 100 km of
coastline to the emirate. The master plan combines luxury residences, resorts, marinas,
beaches, malls and leisure attractions in a single self-contained destination.

Relaunched as part of Dubai's long-term urban vision, Palm Jebel Ali is envisioned as
a mixed-use island for residents, visitors and investors, with a strong focus on premium
beachfront living, hospitality and sustainable design.
